Spring is always a busy time of the year at Northern. Third marking period report cards came out on Wednesday. Rather than being mailed as in the past, they were given directly to students. If you haven't seen your child's, either they forgot or they don't want you to see it.

The valedictorian of the senior class has officially been named. Congratulations to Annalise Armstrong! Alysha Argott is the salutatorian. Both girls are hard working and very deserving of the honor. We can look forward to both ladies speaking during the 2016 graduation ceremony.

This past Thursday, many students participated in Special Olympics. Helping out with a great event while accompanying their buddies, it's a meaningful day. The kids are always so excited to be greeted by their high school friends. The Special Olympics were held at Messiah College and are an annual event for kids with disabilities to experience track and field activities during friendly competition.
