Several police units conducted a raid on Yilian Asian Spa, 975 York Rd., Dillsburg Friday morning, Dec. 20. Carroll Township Police Chief Thomas Wargo said they were following up on citizens’ complaints of the spa offering prostitution. Sgt. Dave Smith added that there is no more information available at this time, since it is an ongoing investigation.
