An East Berlin man was remanded back to York County Prison following a preliminary hearing before District Judge Jason Loper Monday morning, December 30. Brian Price, 43, was arrested on Nov. 7 for possession of a firearm, terroristic threats and simple assault, following a six-hour long standoff at 23 Eisenhart Mill Road, Washington Township. Price is currently without representation. The court noted Price applied for a public defender two days ago and is waiting for their response.
