Northern York County School District Chief Financial and Operations Officer Jason Young told the school board members Tuesday evening that all the low bids for the renova- tion of Northern Middle School came back under budget. “We are extremely fortunate to have these contractors be our low bidders,” he announced at the board's monthly committee meeting that evening. Dillsburg's Lobar, Inc. submitted the lowest bid as general and electrical contractor for the long-awaited project.
