Son to take over operations at classic Dillsburg diner

Wolfe’s Diner is one of the original diners remaining in Central Pennsylvania and Dillsburg is its home. Located at 625 U.S. Rt. 15, the restaurant has been operating in the same area since 1955, and has had several different owners. Paul Wolfe opened the diner in 1955 and later sold it to Robert Richwine. Since 1994-95 Wolfe’s has been operated by the current owner, John Katsifis. Now, after 30 years, it is time for the next generation to take control of the everyday operations, and that person is his son, Stavros.
