Rt. 194 closed for bridge replacement

Traffic on Rt. 194 at the Franklin-Carroll township line closed Tuesday, April 8 for a bridge replacement. The project consists of removing the existing structure, replacing it with a box culvert and approach, guiderail and drainage work. PennDOT says traffic will be detoured for up to 126 days.
