Owner of new brewery outside Pittsburgh has Dillsburg ties

The impossible dream could be a tagline for the story of CoStar Brewing, the creation of a craft brewery with its origins in a garage in Highland Park in northeastern Pittsburgh. However, with the brewery's 2024 opening, the dream has become a reality. Dominic Cincotta, co-owner of CoStar Brewery, is a Dillsburg native and 1997 Northern York High School graduate. He went to art school in Philadelphia for a few years before transferring to Penn State and graduating in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in media studies. While in college he worked for Citadel Communications Radio in Elizabethtown. In 2002, he was hired by Red Bull as a member of their sampling team in Harrisburg. Later he moved to Pittsburgh to run the mobile marketing teams, and was promoted to marketing manager for the greater western Pennsylvania area.
