How does a drone crop spraying business transform into a humanitarian training outreach for the Ivory Coast? The crew at AeroStar Dyanmics love to share the story. “At the beginning, Rob, Troy, Brian, Joey, and I were looking to start a spray business,” said CEO Michael Coyle. In 2023 the group visited a facility in Texas with the intention of acquiring drones and a serious consideration of investing in the company. “It was 104 degrees that day. Little did I know that they weren’t going to give us water that day or treat us with the customer service that we would expect to provide.” Almost instantly, Coyle’s group realized that they had an opportunity to get into the market and provide customer service better than what they received.
